Registration begins at 8:00 AM in the clubhouse. We usually have three different stages set up with 6 to 10 targets per stage.
Depending on how much "ammunition management" the shooter wants to practice (or how many times you plan to miss) round count is usually 100-120 for the match. Calibers are pistols of .22LR to .45 ACP (no magnum or 10 mm) and carbines in the same calibers. Price is $10 per person.
There will be a rifle shoot from 9:00 a.m. 'til 1:00 p.m. The shoot will be held on range 2.
Shooting will be at 100 yards from the bench only. The front of the gun can be supported (sandbags/rest or bipod) but the stock must be shouldered. There will be teams of two. You should bring enough ammo for each team to engage six targets for each round. Suggestion is to bring 2 or 3 boxes. Shooters will be taking slow, carefully aimed shots. More details, course of fire, etc. will be explained at the safety briefing before the shoot. Cost is $20 per person. There will be cash prizes for the top finishers. Again, more details will be provided at the shoot.
No firearm over .308. There are no restrictions on scopes for this shoot.
